Dispatch Protocol

Effective from 13 July 2026

1. Packing standards

Every seed lot is sealed in a moisture-barrier sachet, grouped in a rigid mailer, and labelled with SKU and lot reference. Prepaid orders ship with zero delivery charge across serviceable Indian pincodes.

2. Dispatch timeline

• Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically handed to couriers within 24–48 hours.
• High-volume sale periods may extend dispatch by one additional business day.
• COD orders include a courier surcharge shown at checkout.

3. Delivery coverage

We ship through partner couriers to most Indian pincodes. Remote or restricted zones may require address confirmation before dispatch. You will receive tracking details by email once the parcel is scanned.

4. Undelivered parcels

If a courier cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the parcel may return to our Mumbai desk. We will contact you to arrange re-dispatch or a refund of product value.
