Germination Guarantee

Effective from 13 July 2026

1. When we review a claim

Seed quality claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Include photographs of the sachet label, packaging condition, and any visible damage.

We may approve a replacement sachet, partial credit, or full refund when:

• The wrong seed variety was delivered.
• The shipment was lost or returned undelivered.
• The sachet arrived torn, crushed, or visibly compromised.

2. What we cannot guarantee

Germination outcomes depend on sowing depth, soil preparation, watering, temperature, and pest pressure. We cannot accept claims based solely on low germination where sowing conditions were unsuitable or where the stated sowing window had passed.

3. How to file a claim

Visit Track & Support with your order number, or email support@mahakalenterprises.in including SKU codes and delivery photographs. Our Mahakal desk responds within two business days.
