Order Recall

Effective from 13 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

Cancellation requests are accepted free of charge while your order status reads "Processing" or "Confirmed" and before a courier label is generated. Use Track & Support or email support@mahakalenterprises.in with your order number.

2. After dispatch

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery on arrival; return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund unless the error was ours.

3. Partial cancellations

If you ordered multiple sachets, contact us before dispatch to remove individual lines. After dispatch, standard Germination Guarantee rules apply per item.
